Terms and conditions

The present terms and conditions regulate the use of www.kgk.bg (hereinafter referred to as ‘’The Website’’ or ‘’The Internet page’’) and are a condition for the use of the Website. Hence, it is necessary to read them carefully and in case you do not agree with them or part of them, to immediately stop the use of the Website.

1.1. ‘’Terms and Conditions’’ or ‘’The Conditions’’ – mean the present Terms and Conditions.

1.2. ‘’Website’’ or ‘’Internet page’’ – mean the internet address www.kgk.bg.

1.4. ‘’The Company’’ or ‘’We’’ – mean the Law firm ‘’Kotsev and Kosev’’, Bulstat 177351493, having its seat and registered office in the city of Sofia, ‘’Tsar Ivan Shishman’’ str. 5, ent. B, fl. 2, KGK office.

2. What is www.kgk.bg?

2.1. www.kgk.bg is the Internet page by which the Clients can get acquainted with the services and team of the Company, read articles on actual themes or submit request.

2.2. www.kgk.bg is administered and maintained by the Company.

3. Subject of these Terms.

3.1. The present rules are Terms and Conditions for the use of the Website. www.kgk.bg.

3.2. The Terms and Conditions regulate the relations between the Client and the Company, arising from the use of the Website.

3.3. By submitting a request, the Clients fully agree with the present Terms and Conditions and declare that they read them and get acquainted to them.

3.4. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid by a decision of a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will remain in force.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1. All rights to industrial property, including, but no limited to trademarks, are owned by the Company.

4.2. The rights of industrial property, including, but not limited to trademarks, not owned by the Company, are owned by third parties, explicitly indicated.

4.3. You may use all the resurses, offered by the Website, as long as you are not infringing upon the Company’s or third parties’ rights of industrial property.

4.4. For any unauthorised use under the preceding clause, the Clients shall indemnify the Company and/or the relevant person whose rights have been infringed.

5. Presenting the www.kgk.bg.

5.1. The Website gives an opportunity to be used in English or in Bulgarian. The Website is separated in sections, as follows:

5.5. ‘’Blog’’ section contains articles and bulletins on actual themes.

5.6. ‘’Contacts’’ section provides the Company's address within the country, telephone number and email address.

6. Using of the contact form ‘’Submit a request’’

6.1. The contact form ‘’Submit a request’’ is available in the “Home”, “Practice areas” and “Contacts” sections.

6.2. In order to send a request, you should fill in information, as follows:

7. Right to change the present conditions.

7.2. The Company remains its right in any time to terminate all the activities, related to www.kgk.bg, as there is no need of prior notification to the Clients.
