In cases where you decide to use the contact form &quot;Submit a request&quot;, the Controller\nprocesses your personal data.<\/p>\n<h2>4. What categories of personal data do we process?<\/h2>\n<h2><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>Data collected using the contact form &quot;Submit Request&quot;:<\/em><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>4.1. When you decide to make use of the contact form, the personal data that is collected and processed is: name, telephone number, email address, as well as other data that you have decided to provide us with in connection with the request.<\/p>\n<h2>5. On what grounds we process your personal data?<\/h2>\n<p>6.1. We process your personal data on any of the following grounds:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Consent to the processing of personal data for one or more specified purposes;<\/li>\n<li>The processing is necessary for the performance of an agreement to which the data\nsubject is a party or to take steps at the request of the data subject before entering\ninto an agreement;<\/li>\n<li>The processing is necessary to comply with a legal obligation that applies to the Controller in the face of \u201cKotsev and Kosev\u201d Law Firm, BULSTAT 177351493, with registered office and address in the city of Sofia, 5 \u201cTsar Ivan Shishman\u201d Str., ent. B,\n2 nd floor, KGK office;<\/li>\n<li>The processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests of the Controller or of a third party, except where such interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject which require the\nprotection of personal data;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>6.2. In any case, we will process your personal data on the grounds set out in Article 6 of\nRegulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016.<\/p>\n<h2>7. Do we use Cookies?<\/h2>\n<p>7.1. In order to improve the performance and quality of the functions of the website, the\nController uses cookies. More information about cookies can be found in the Cookie Policy.<\/p>\n<h2>8. Who we may provide your personal data to?<\/h2>\n<p>8.1. We may share your personal data with the following categories of recipients:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competent public authorities pursuant to legal provisions;<\/li>\n<li>Companies providing services to the Controller for IT systems maintenance and security.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>8.2. The controller has put in place appropriate technical and organizational measures to\nsafeguard the rights and freedoms of data subjects. We may share your personal data with\nthe above categories of recipients, but only if they have taken the necessary safeguards and\nmeasures to ensure an appropriate level of security.<\/p>\n<p>8.3. The controller shall not transfer personal data provided to it by data subjects to third\ncountries outside the European Union. The transfer of personal data in this case may only\ntake place after we have notified you in writing in advance and indicated the specific ground\nof Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016.<\/p>\n<h2>9. How long we will keep your personal data?<\/h2>\n<p>9.1. Your personal data will be kept for the shortest period necessary to fulfil the intended\npurposes or for the legally prescribed periods, if any. In the event of withdrawal of the\nconsent of the data subjects, the Data Controller will cease their processing.<\/p>\n<h2>10. What rights do you have as a data subject?<\/h2>\n<p>10.1. As a personal data subject, you have the following rights, for which the Controller will\nassist at any time:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Right to information<\/span><br \/>You have the right to receive information at the time of collection of your personal\ndata about the data the Data Controller collects, who will process it, for what\npurposes and on what grounds.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Right of access<\/span><br \/>You have the right at any time to request access to your personal data held by the\nController. Including the right to request a free copy of your personal data that is\nbeing processed.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Right to rectification<\/span><br \/>You have the right to have your personal data corrected to keep it up to date and\naccurate.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Right to erasure (right to be forgotten)<\/span><br \/>You have the right at any time to request access to your personal data held by the\nController. Including the right to request a free copy of your personal data that is\nbeing processed.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Right to restriction of processing<\/span><br \/>In certain cases, you have the right to request restriction of the processing of your\npersonal data.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Right to portability<\/span><br \/>You may request to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and\nmachine-readable format (i.e. in digital form), as well as request the transfer of your\ndata to another controller designated by you, if this is possible and feasible.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Right to withdraw consent<\/span><br \/>Where the processing of your personal data is based on consent, you may withdraw it\nat any time. The application may\nalso be submitted electronically under the Electronic Document and Electronic Signature Act.\nThe application shall be submitted by you or by a person authorized by you, unless a special\nlaw provides otherwise.<\/p>\n<p>11.2. The application shall contain the name, address and other identifying data of the\nindividual concerned, a description of the request, the preferred form of communication and\naction under Articles 15-22 of Regulation (EU) 2016\/679, signature, date of submission of the\napplication and address for correspondence. In case the application is submitted through a\nrepresentative, a power of attorney should also be attached.<\/p> \n<p>11.3.
