KGK предлага широк набор от услуги във връзка с различните етапи на процедурите по възлагане на обществени поръчки. През годините дружеството е натрупало опит в консултиране на клиенти с различни роли в процедурата – участници, възложители, заинтересовани лица и др. В резултат на това подходът на адвокатите в KGK при разрешаването на казусите на клиентите, е съобразен както с изискванията към участниците в процедурите, така и с правилата за работата на комисиите на възложителите и изискванията за законосъобразност на техните актове.

The KGK team provides legal services in the following procurement matters:

Advice to potential participants on their compliance with the requirements laid down by law and by the contracting authority in the procurement procedure;
Preparation and submission of documents for participation in a procurement procedure through the CAIS-EOP platform;
Preparation of appeals against decisions of the contracting authority and legal representation before the Commission for Protection of Competition and the Supreme Administrative Court;
Advice and legal representation in connection with disputes arising in the performance of public procurement contracts;
Representing contracting authorities in appeals against financial correctios.
