Meet the newest member of our team - Simona Dimitrova!

1. How long have you been part of the team?

For about three and a half months.

2. What does your work at the firm involve?

I assist my colleagues with a variety of civil law cases, primarily in the fields of corporate, contract, and property law. Most often, I work on company incorporations, drafting contracts, and conducting legal research.

3. How does your working day at the office usually begin?

I greet my colleagues, review the progress of the cases I am working on, make myself a coffee, and then dive into the tasks for the day.

4. Why did you choose to pursue a career in law?

My interest in law arose only in my final year of high school, when I studied commercial law. It was precisely the intersection of business and law that drew me in, and over time, delving deeper into legal matters transformed this initial curiosity into a true passion.

5. What has been the most interesting case you have worked on so far?

Working on a case involving a security interest over tokens was particularly fascinating. I found it truly rewarding to explore how blockchain technologies can fit into traditional legal frameworks and to develop an innovative solution in an area that is yet to be regulated by legislation.

6. What does Simona enjoy doing outside of work?

I love reading, sports, and traveling. I often reach for classic novels that address timeless philosophical questions or popular science literature on topics that intrigue me. When it comes to sports, I find balance through running, fitness, and Pilates.

7. If you were not a lawyer, what do you think you would be doing?

Given my in-depth studies in various economic disciplines during high school, the natural path for me would have been finance or another field within business and economics.
