Stanislav Georgiev

He has worked on some of the most significant commercial transactions in Bulgaria in recent years, including mergers and acquisitions, as well as insolvency cases with an international element.

Stanislav leads KGK's practice in commercial and corporate lawmergers and acquisitions, start-ups, administrative law and procedures, immigration law, tourism, and regulatory compliance. He advises clients on the implementation of EU projects and programs. He has worked on projects that have introduced certain products and services to the Bulgarian market for the first time. Stanislav also manages KGK's activities related to foreign clients and investments in the country.
