Trayan Kosev
Trayan is a co-founder of KGK.
He heads the firm'sIntellectual Property,Competition Law, and Litigation practices. Trayan combines in-depth academic knowledge with extensive practical experience. His extensive practical experience includes handling some of the country's most significant cases in copyright, patent, and invention law. He has won a number of prestigious awards in international law competitions.
His expertise is firmly grounded in his academic achievements. Trayan holds a Ph.D. in Intellectual Property Law, with a doctoral thesis on "The Use of Intellectual Property with an International Element." He also contributes to the legal community as an Assistant Professor at the University of National and World Economy (UNWE), teaching courses on "Intellectual Property Law" and "Private International Law." Trayan is also the recipient of numerous awards from international law competitions.
Recognized as a Leading Individual for Intellectual Property in Bulgaria by the prestigious international “The Legal 500”. Trayan has also been nominated for Best Lawyer in the "Intellectual Property" category for Central and Eastern Europe for 2025.
