After an in-depth study by the publication's experts of the Bulgarian legal market, repeated communication with clients on a random basis, receiving feedback, Legal 500 rated KGK's as a law firm with a high satisfaction rating regarding the services provided..

What criteria makes up a Client Satisfaction score?

The Legal 500 ask the firm's clients to rate their service across multiple criteria:

appropriate resources to be used;
transparency of charging;
value for money;
communication and case management;
consistency of service;
efficiency in the delivery of the service provided;
knowledge of the legal area of the case;
quality of the lawyer and team;
commitment of the partner working on the case;
profile in the legal sector;
quality of the work done by the associates;
quality of work done by the partners.

They also assessed the consistency of customer ratings (in other words, how wide and varied the range of ratings provided by survey participants was).

Finally, they prompt customers to rate their experience through a sector-specific adaptation of the Net Promoter ScoreSM (NPS®) system pioneered by Bain & Co ("How likely are you to recommend this company to a friend or colleague?" ).

The data is analysed across several practice areas and compared to the performance of other law firms in those practice areas. They are also compared globally by jurisdiction and commercial sector.

In this way, The Legal 500 are able to build an objective view of client satisfaction in every area of law around the world. All their results are validated as statistically correct. They are not based on opinion, reputation, amounts paid or any other factor.
